Return & Exchange Policy

At Number This LLC, we strive for utmost satisfaction with our custom art pieces; however, if for any reason you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a partial refund or exchange, provided the artwork is in its original condition and packaging.

Customized pieces are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact our customer service team at support@numberthis.com to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Gift Cards

Use of our gift cards can be redeemed only at Number This LLC. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. Gift cards cannot be returned and are treated like a final sale.
